The Role:

Join us as we expand our finance team. Reporting to our Senior Bookkeepers, this is a hands-on accounts support role based at our HQ in Cottesloe. You'll work across all our venues, keeping the day-to-day numbers moving. The role is heavy on data entry, so accuracy matters more than anything else. If you're the kind of person who notices when something doesn't add up and likes getting it right the first time, you'll fit right in.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- High-volume data entry of supplier invoices, credit notes and receipts across multiple venues/entities

- Accounts payable support, including matching invoices to orders and statements, and preparing payment runs for approval

- Accounts receivable support,



including raising invoices and following up outstanding payments

- Checking and coding transactions accurately in Xero

- Maintaining tidy, up-to-date financial records and filing

- Responding to supplier and venue queries about accounts

- General accounting administration and ad hoc support for the finance team

What We're Looking For:

- 1+ years' experience in a bookkeeping, accounts or data entry role (hospitality or retail experience will be highly regarded)

- Accurate data entry and exceptional attention to detail

- Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations

- Comfortable with accounting software and Excel - Xero experience is ideal, and exposure to hospitality platforms (e.g. Restoke, Deputy, OrderMate) is a bonus

- Organised, reliable and able to manage your time across multiple venues' deadlines
- A proactive mindset - you spot an error, flag it and ask questions when something looks off

- Friendly, clear communication skills

- Open to working in a diverse and engaging environment - this isn't your everyday office role
