GLC Civil Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Sydney.

This is an excellent prospect for a recent graduate or early-career Civil Engineer looking to gain hands-on experience across civil construction projects while working closely with our project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the planning and delivery of civil construction works
- Support Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams
- Assist with site inspections, measurements and progress tracking
- Review drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Assist with quantities, procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain project records, reports and site documentation
- Assist with quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Attend site meetings and assist with day-to-day project coordination

About You:




- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or currently completing your final year
- Graduate or approximately 1–2 years of industry experience welcomed
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is advantageous
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Willingness to work both on site and in the office
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- White Card
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 50.0 per week
