About us

StreamLine Partners is an Australian consultancy that automates how IT and business teams get work done. We implement and connect service management platforms (Freshservice, Xurrent, Ivanti, Virima), build integrations and workflows between them and the rest of the stack, and we've built our own automation and AI platform, Pebble. Our clients are in healthcare, government, pharmaceuticals and higher education.

What you'll do

You'll build automation from day one. That means designing and configuring workflows, connecting systems through APIs and iPaaS tools, writing the scripts that glue them together, testing, documenting, and sitting in client workshops to understand the process before you automate it. You'll work under a senior consultant who reviews your build and explains why things are done a certain way.

Within your first year you'll have shipped automations on several real projects, across more than one platform.

What we're looking for

- You like pulling a process apart and rebuilding it so it runs itself, and you can explain what you did in plain language
- You've built workflows or automations somewhere. Power Automate, Workato, n8n, Zapier, Make, Salesforce Flow,



HubSpot workflows, Jira automation, or scripting in Python or JavaScript all count. The platform matters less than the thinking
- Comfortable with APIs, JSON and reading documentation. You don't need to be a developer, but you shouldn't be afraid of a REST call
- Experience with an ITSM platform (Freshservice, Xurrent, Ivanti, ServiceNow) is a bonus, not a prerequisite. We'll teach you service management
- A degree in IT, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Existing Australian work rights

One honest note
