Panda Potstickers is opening in Mornington in mid-November 2026. Paid training is planned for early November.

We’re looking for reliable people with kitchen or food-service experience to join our opening team.

The work

Prepare and cook dumplings, rice dishes, soups and fried sides using set recipes and procedures. Help with plating, takeaway packing, dishwashing and cleaning.

TAFE cookery or kitchen operations study is a plus. Chef qualifications and Chinese language skills are not required.

Positions and hours

- 2 part time positions: 24–30 hours per week, including 24 guaranteed hours.
- 2 casual positions: approximately 8–14 hours per week; hours vary.

Shifts include lunch, dinner, weekends, preparation and closing duties. Pay — adult weekday rates

Part-time: $27.08–$29.50/hour

Casual:



$33.85–$36.88/hour, including 25% casual loading.

Plus 12% superannuation and applicable penalty rates and allowances. Pay follows duties, qualifications and Restaurant Industry Award classification.
