Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join The Plough Inn in South Bank, Brisbane.

You’ll bring previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen and know how to keep dishes, cleaning and prep moving through service. If you’re reliable, organised and ready to pitch in, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

- Operate the commercial dishwasher and wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keep floors, benches and work areas clean and organised
- Stay on top of dishes and cleaning throughout busy service periods
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation
- Help with deliveries, stock rotation and restocking supplies
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures

What you’ll bring

- Previous Kitchen Hand experience in a busy commercial kitchen
- Confidence operating a commercial dishwasher and following cleaning procedures
- Ability to prioritise tasks and keep up with a high-volume service
- Reliability, clear communication and a willingness to support your team
- Readiness for hands-on, physical work and pride in keeping the kitchen organised
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
