About the Role

As a Kitchen Steward, you'll help keep our kitchen clean, safe and organised, ensuring our chefs have everything they need to deliver excellent food experiences for guests.

Working as part of a supportive kitchen team, you'll assist with dishwashing, cleaning, food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards across the kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hospitality experience while enjoying a unique island lifestyle.





Key responsibilities include:

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment

- Clean and sanitise kitchen and storage areas

- Assist with basic food preparation duties

- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards

- Support daily kitchen operations and service

About You

You're reliable, hardworking and enjoy being part of a team that delivers great guest experiences.

You'll bring:

- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Knowledge of kitchen cleaning and chemical handling

- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

- Current Driver's Licence highly regarded
