Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, mise en place, presentation, stock rotation and maintaining food safety standards (Cooks)
- Support daily kitchen operations through dishwashing, cleaning, waste management, restocking and general kitchen assistance (Kitchen Porters)
About you
- Previous kitchen experience required, particularly for Cook positions
- Reliable, organised and hardworking
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Positive attitude and a team-focused approach
- Available to work evenings and weekends
