We're looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Landscaping Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

Working Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm , you'll lead a crew and coordinate works to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our Project Managers and management team to plan works, maintain productivity, uphold quality workmanship and create a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day commercial landscaping operations
- Lead, mentor and support site crews
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and site resources
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard




- Monitor quality, productivity and workmanship
- Complete daily site records, pre-starts and safety documentation
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients and suppliers
- Identify and resolve site issues before they impact project delivery
- Maintain a protected, organized and professional worksite

About You You'll ideally have:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial landscape construction
- Previous experience leading site crews
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- MR licence, excavator tickets or other plant competencies (advantageous)
