We are representing a rapidly expanding Construction & Infrastructure practice advising on significant disputes and major projects across Australia. The team acts for clients in the new energy, property and infrastructure sectors and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer to develop their career in a high-performing, supportive environment.

The Role

You’ll work across a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes, including:

- Supreme Court litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
- Dispute management across major project cycles
- Contract interpretation, risk and claims management
- Collaboration with front-end, projects and real estate teams on complex matters

This role provides genuine career development, exposure to high-quality work and the chance to work closely with experienced senior practitioners on landmark projects.

About You





You will have 2–4 years’ PAE in construction disputes, gained in private practice or in-house, or be a commercial litigator looking to develop a practice in construction disputes.

Additionally, you will have:

- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Experience across litigation, arbitration or adjudication matters
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine interest in the construction and infrastructure sector
