The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for two separate roles within our team.

Senior Personal Injury Lawyer

We're looking for a Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join our Toowoomba team and play an important role in the continued growth of our personal injuries practice.

You'll inherit an established file load, work alongside experienced support staff,



and have the freedom to manage your matters while remaining closely connected to a collaborative team.

Most importantly, you'll join a team that values clear communication, collaboration, accountability and doing the right thing by clients.

What will you be doing?

You'll manage a diverse range of plaintiff personal injury matters including:

- Motor vehicle accident claims
- WorkCover claims
- Public liability claims
- TPD superannuation claims
- Medical negligence matters

You'll have responsibility for your own files while working closely with support staff and the Director to ensure matters continue to progress efficiently and clients receive the level of service they deserve. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their files, building strong client relationships and helping people through what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives.

Senior Family Lawyer

We're also seeking a Senior Family Lawyer to join our established family law team.

You will work across a broad range of family law matters including:

- Parenting disputes
- Property settlements
- Divorce applications
- Domestic and family violence matters
- Child protection matters

You'll manage your own files while working closely with experienced practitioners and Directors who are committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for clients and supporting the ongoing development of their team. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex and rewarding matters while building strong client relationships and making a meaningful difference during challenging times in people's lives.

- Demonstrated post-admission experience in either family law or personal injury law
- Are confident managing matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Build strong and trusted client relationships
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
- Are organised, proactive and take ownership of their work
- Demonstrate strong professional judgement and attention to detail
- Follow through on commitments and keep matters progressing
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Contribute positively to workplace culture and mentor junior team members where appropriate
