Ok we're looking for a software engineer, but we needed a hook.
We're looking for design savvy product minded engineers who can take a messy but workable product into a well polished and enjoyable experience for the end user.
We don't really care what your technical stack is - we much prefer someone who is comfortable working in any environment.
AI engineering is an aspect of this role too - if you have some form of experience using llm's to help you in your day to day, include it in your resume or cover letter.
what we're looking for summed up
- robust architectural decision maker
- language agnostic problem solver
- strong pattern recognition
- strong eye for design
you might have been a senior engineer, staff engineer or principal engineer - as long as you have a history of being a strong IC, this role will fit you well.
