We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing casual Educator to join our team, a fantastic chance for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating a fun, engaging, and caring environment for children.Conveniently located at Assisi College, we provide care and education for children from six weeks of age and offer a Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Program for children in the year before Prep, catering for up to 75 children.If you're passionate about supporting children's growth and development and dedicated to their learning journey within a positive and secure environment, we'd love to hear from you,Key Responsibilities:Work with children to create fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences that support their wellbeingProvide children with a protected, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environmentWork collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and familiesPromote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophyPlay a pivotal role in developing children's lifelong love of learningBuild solid rapport with families, educators, and the wider communityParticipate actively in professional and personal developmentJob Requirements:Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA approved equivalentHold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko)
