We are currently seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Fabricator/Welders to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced tradespeople with proven experience in structural steel fabrication and construction, particularly across commercial and mining projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
- Measure, mark, cut and prepare steel materials for fabrication.
- Fabricate structural steel components and assemblies.
- Perform MIG, TIG and/or ARC welding as required.
- Assemble and weld steel structures to required specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect fabricated and welded components to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Conduct grinding, finishing and other preparation work.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean,



organised and secure work environment.
- Complete fabrication and installation work within required timeframes.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication and welding preferred.
- Certificate III–IV qualification in a relevant trade or field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder.
- Strong experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Competent welding and metal fabrication skills.
- Experience working on commercial and/or mining projects is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely and follow WHS requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
