Stream Healthcare is recruiting Occupational Therapists across Newcastle to work with mixed and adult caseloads.

The Role:

- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adult and mixed caseload clients across a range of presentations and support needs
- Provide services across clinic, community, residential, workplace, and home-based settings
- Support clients to achieve meaningful goals relating to independence, participation, functional capacity, and quality of life
- Collaborate closely with clients, families, support networks, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care
- Caseload tailored to your experience, clinical interests, and career goals, with opportunities to work across adult and mixed populations

Essential Criteria:

- Current or eligible AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
