TAL is seeking a Claims Consultant to manage life insurance claims from start to finish in our Direct Claims team. You will maintain regular communication with advisers, trustees, fund administrators and customers, ensuring quality outcomes and timely settlements.
In this role you will independently manage a portfolio of Direct claims end-to-end, assess and finalise payments, and collaborate with external doctors and in-house specialists to deliver exceptional service and compliant outcomes.
