Amazon Australia in Dandenong South is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor (Process Assistant) for the outbound night shift, to support the Area Manager and oversee pick, pack or ship duties.
You will lead a team, allocate labor, run meetings, train associates, and ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed, with coverage across departments and focus on performance metrics.
This role requires 38+ hours per week with overtime, and a solid emphasis on Lean processes and safety.
