We believe in the limitless potential of each learner and are dedicated to fostering an setting that celebrates diversity, inclusion and the power of education through deep learning.About the Role:The Marketing & Events Officer will play an important role in promoting our school, strengthening community engagement and coordinating some of our key school events and celebrations.You will work closely with staff, students, families and external stakeholders to develop creative ideas and deliver professional, engaging events and marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate major school events, including Awards Night, ANZAC Day, Graduation, Open Day, Study Tours and enrolment events.Consult with internal and external stakeholders to plan marketing and event strategies.Coordinate school publications, promotional materials and newsletters.Create and maintain website and social media content.Maintain an engaging Facebook and Instagram presence.Develop campaigns to increase community, student, family and staff engagement.Assist with marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.Develop and maintain marketing systems, processes and procedures.Build positive relationships with staff, community members, suppliers and stakeholders.Manage event and marketing calendars,



deadlines and key dates.Assist with general administration and backfill support when required.Please refer to the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.Creative & Technical Skills:We are looking for someone who is confident using a range of creative, digital and administrative programs, including:CanvaAdobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and AcrobatExperience operating large-format printers - Canon experience would be advantageousStrong Microsoft Office 365 skillsSharePoint experience would be advantageousFacebook and InstagramExperience creating digital and printed promotional materialWhat We're Looking ForYou will be someone who:Is creative, imaginative and full of ideas.Has a genuine interest in marketing, communications and events.Can develop creative strategies that increase community and staff engagement.Has excellent organisation and time-management skills.Can confidently manage multiple projects,
