The Role
Working within a small, collaborative legal team, this position has a strong focus on construction and commercial contracts. You’ll provide legal support across a wide range of business activities and play a key role in contract management and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and commercial contracts
- Advising the business on contractual risk and strategy
- Supporting governance and compliance matters
- Engaging with internal stakeholders and external advisors
Candidates at least 3 years PQE level with construction law backgrounds ideally front end however will consider backend/litigation or those with contract administration experience gained in a construction or infrastructure-related environment. Contact Amanda Atherton for further details,
