What You'll Bring
- Experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator or similar role in aged care
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Passion for person-centred care and resident wellbeing
- Current First Aid Certificate and Driver's Licence
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential)
