: The Boiling Crab is actively seeking energetic kitchen staff for our bustling Sydney Haymarket location! Famous for our authentic Louisiana-style Cajun seafood and signature Whole Shabang sauce, we bring a lively, fast-paced, backyard crab fest experience right to the heart of Sydney.

How Our Kitchen Works: We operate a highly efficient, systemized kitchen without a traditional Head Chef hierarchy. Instead, you will be guided by our experienced Supervisors and cross-trained as a versatile all-rounder.

You will master specific stations based on a proven franchise system, including:

- Boiler / Steamer: Cooking our seafood to precise timings.
- Fryer: Preparing perfectly crispy fried food.
- Shaker: Mixing and tossing the seafood with our signature sauces.

What We Are Looking For:

- At least 3 months of experience in a commercial kitchen setting (Kitchen Hand or Line Cook).
- Fast Learners: Ability to quickly pick up our established franchise systems and recipes.
- High Energy: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where speed and consistency are key.




- Great team player with fundamental kitchen skills and a positive attitude.
- Legal working rights in Australia (Required).
