About the Opportunities

We are currently working on multiple Legal Assistant opportunities across Melbourne, supporting a range of respected law firms across different practice areas, with a particular focus on Litigation .

These roles are suited to experienced Legal Assistants who enjoy working in fast-paced legal environments and have a solid understanding of litigation processes.

Opportunities are available across areas including:

- Commercial Litigation
- Dispute Resolution
- Property Litigation
- Insolvency
- Employment Litigation
- General Litigation

About You We are looking for experienced Legal Assistants who have supported lawyers within a litigation environment and are confident managing competing priorities.

You will ideally have

- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Legal PA within litigation
- Strong knowledge of court and tribunal documentation




- Experience preparing legal documents, correspondence and briefs
- Strong file and matter management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence liaising with clients, counsel and external stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Experience across commercial litigation, disputes, insolvency, property or employment law will be highly regarded.
