We’re looking for experienced Loader and Excavator Operators to join our team on projects in the Perth metro area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate required machines to assist with production
- Work safely around services (water, power, comms) and ensure best-practice controls.
- Complete pre-starts, JHAs/SWMS, basic daily maintenance and quality checks.
- Liaise with supervisors and truck drivers to keep production on track.
- Trimming works
What We Need From You
- Civil background (subdivisions/roadworks/earthworks) with proven operating experience of at least 2 years.
- Demonstrated experience on a loader, skid steer and/or Excavator.
- Confident working around other machines.
- Current White Card and relevant plant tickets (Loader or Excavator)
- Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport.
- Solid communication and safety focus
- Availability for consistent weekday hours with occasional Saturdays when required.
