PROCON PROPERTY SERVICES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD The Loader Operator at Procon Property Services Australia Pty Ltd is responsible for operating and safely controlling loading equipment and machinery used in the company's property services operations. The purpose of this role is to load, move, stockpile and relocate materials safely and efficiently, while following work instructions, site requirements, safety procedures and operational schedules. The position supports the company's operational activities by ensuring materials are handled correctly and work areas are maintained in a safe and organised condition.

The Loader Operator is responsible for operating loaders and associated equipment to load, move and place materials at work sites. The role involves conducting pre-start checks, operating machinery in accordance with manufacturer instructions and site procedures, loading and unloading materials, stockpiling and relocating materials, maintaining safe operating areas, and reporting equipment faults or hazards.

The Loader

Operator works closely with management and operational personnel to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely and to support the company's property services and site operations. DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct pre-start inspections of loaders and associated equipment, checking controls, attachments, tyres, fluid levels and safety equipment before commencing work.

- Operate front-end loaders and other relevant loading equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, spread and stockpile materials at designated work areas.
- Load materials such as soil, sand,



gravel, waste, building materials and other site materials into trucks, bins or designated storage areas in accordance with work instructions.
- Position and relocate materials around work sites, maintaining appropriate stockpiles and keeping access areas clear and organised.
- Use loader attachments and controls correctly for the task being undertaken and operate equipment within manufacturer specifications and site requirements.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, traffic management requirements, site rules and safe work instructions when operating machinery and working around personnel and vehicles.
- Monitor the condition and performance of machinery during operations and promptly report mechanical faults, damage, abnormal operating conditions or maintenance requirements to management.
- Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication and basic operator maintenance as required and ensure equipment is left in a safe and serviceable condition after use.
- Assist with general site preparation, material handling and operational activities within the scope of the position and as directed by management.
- Communicate with supervisors, drivers,



contractors and other site personnel to coordinate loading activities, material movements and safe work practices.

QUALIFICATIONS &

REQUIREMENTS • Relevant experience operating loaders or similar heavy mobile equipment is preferred.

- Relevant tickets, licences, training or competency certification for operating loading equipment may be required in accordance with applicable workplace and site requirements.
- Previous experience in construction, property services, earthmoving, waste handling or similar operational environments is advantageous.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures, machinery operation, site safety requirements and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
