We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Adelaide team and play a key role in supporting our team with the day-to-day logistics functions. This is a diverse, hands-on role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building solid relationships, solving problems and keeping everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate transport, schedule daily collections and deliveries from multiple sites
- Manage and schedule all vehicles routine maintenance as well as daily breakdowns
- Coordinate daily and weekly workforce scheduling, roster planning, coverage as needed
- Track inventory, monitor stock levels and reconcile incoming and outgoing goods
- Troubleshoot issues fix delivery and receiving errors, solve transit delays, and update internal stakeholders promptly
- Optimize processes help lower freight costs and improve overall delivery speed and accuracy
- Coordinate subcontractors, freight providers, and external service contractors
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints relating to deliveries, freight damage, or service issues
- Coordinate the movement of farm supplies, feed, equipment,



and production materials across multiple sites
- Support farm managers with logistics planning to ensure uninterrupted farm operations
