About the rolePermanent full time opportunity to provide high level, efficient, professional and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Women, Children and Family (WCF) Service Line.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Oversee and manage high level administrative and secretarial functions for the Service Line including the monitoring and distribution of correspondence, briefings and other documentation, preparing correspondence/documents, records management, and maintaining current weekly and daily itineraries/diaries as required for the Service Line Directors.Coordinate high level meetings, produce and distribute agendas and minutes as required, follow up and complete action items arising from meetings.Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and assist in the resolution of complaints made by patients or the public.Perform tasks related to processing vacancies, commencements, terminations, transfers, and promotions.Undertake quality improvement initiatives, projects including the development and implementation of policies, procedures,
