We're looking for an experienced, organised and hands‑on Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our AP team and own the Accounts Payable function across our Australian and New Zealand operations, based at our modern Villawood office.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a team of two (an AP Officer and an Accounts Officer), allocating work, setting priorities and reviewing work for accuracy and timeliness
- Training and coaching the team, and keeping AP procedures up to date so every task can be covered
- Overseeing and processing inventory and GL invoices and credit notes
- Overseeing and processing local and overseas vendor payments, including foreign currency payments
- Maintaining robust payment controls, including independently verifying vendor bank detail changes and reviewing payment runs before release
