Programmed GO is seeking an experienced HSE & Capability Lead for a hands-on, site-based role at a major automated distribution facility in Ipswich. You will own the WHS management system, drive safety leadership, training and capability development across a highly technical operation.

Key responsibilities include risk assessment reviews, safety controls, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance with ISO 45001.
