Finance & Insurance Business Manager – Geely | XPENG

Exciting opportunity to join a growing automotive dealership representing Geely and XPENG.

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our team and help build our F&I; operation across both brands.

We are also open to experienced Automotive Sales Consultants looking to make the move into F&I.; If you have a strong automotive sales background, a proven track record and the drive to develop your career, we are willing to train the right person and provide the support needed to succeed in F&I.;

About the Role

- Manage the end-to-end finance and insurance process.

- Present finance, insurance and protection products to customers.

- Work closely with the Sales Team to maximise finance opportunities.

- Manage finance applications from submission through to settlement.

- Build strong relationships with customers and finance partners.

- Ensure all F&I; processes meet compliance and manufacturer requirements.





- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous F&I; experience OR automotive vehicle sales experience with a desire to transition into F&I;.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- A proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets.

- A professional, proactive and results-driven approach.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- A genuine commitment to customer service and compliance.

- The motivation to learn, develop and grow with the business.
