Sephora Highpoint Melbourne is seeking an experienced Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a 20+ beauty advisor team, shape the client experience, and drive operational excellence in a large-format luxury retail setting.

This full time fixed-term role through March 2027 includes onboarding, leadership development, and opportunities within the LVMH beauty family; you will mentor advisers, manage KPIs, and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service.
