360 Personnel is seeking experienced Machine Operators / Forklift Operators for morning and afternoon-shift positions in Redbank.
These roles involve operating manufacturing equipment and forklifts while handling steel mesh and reinforcing products within a busy production, warehouse and yard setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Operating a forklift to move steel products and materials
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Handling steel mesh and reinforcing products
- Moving materials throughout production, warehouse and yard areas
- Preparing materials for production and dispatch
- Assisting production and dispatch teams
- Monitoring machinery during operation
- Completing pre-start equipment inspections
- Reporting equipment faults and safety concerns
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience Required
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous forklift-operating experience
- Previous machine-operating experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Experience handling steel, reinforcing products or construction materials
- Previous manufacturing, production or yard experience
- Strong understanding of safe materials-handling procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport and availability for morning or afternoon shifts
- Strong attendance record and commitment to workplace safety
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
