Your new role
Join a busy, supportive manufacturing team producing quality steel products. You will receive training on the machinery, making this a great opportunity for someone with machine-operating experience or a solid hands-on background who is keen to develop their manufacturing career.
Your duties will include
Operating roll-forming and manufacturing machinery
Loading materials and monitoring production
Measuring finished products and completing quality checks
Stacking, packing and preparing completed products
Using hand and power tools
Completing general factory and manual-handling duties
Keeping your work area clean and safe
What you'll need to succeed
You do not need previous roll-forming experience. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and willing to learn.
You will ideally have
Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, construction, roofing, landscaping or another physical work environment
Confidence using hand and power tools
Good attention to detail and quality The physical fitness to complete repetitive manual handling
Reliable transport and commitment to afternoon-shift hours A current forklift licence, advantageous but not essential
What you'll get in return
$40.25 per hour + super
Monday to Friday, 12pm-8pm
Approximately 38 hours per week
