Join a leading FMCG manufacturing business as a Maintenance Electrician and play a key role in keeping a high-speed automated production facility running safely and efficiently.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving automated production equipment, including:
- Fault finding and breakdown response across automated production lines
- Working with PLCs, drives, VSDs, conveyors and safety systems
- Preventative and scheduled maintenance
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Identifying and resolving electrical and automation issues
- Working as part of a high-performing, safety-focused engineering team
- Maintaining equipment in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment
This is a hands-on role where you'll work with up-to-date automation and production technology, with plenty of variety across the facility.

What You’ll Bring
- Trade-qualified Electrician – essential
- Previous experience within industrial, FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs and automated production equipment
- Exposure to conveyors, drives, VSDs and safety circuits
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
