About us
At CBM Australia, our mission is to end the cycle of poverty and disability. We believe every person with a disability deserves the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life, wherever they live.
As Australia's only international development organisation focused on disability inclusion, we work alongside communities, partners and supporters to create lasting change for people with disabilities in some of the world's poorest communities.
We are seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Major Gifts Manager to build meaningful partnerships with major donors and help grow CBM Australia’s philanthropy income.
Working within our Fundraising and Engagement team and reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 100 to 150 qualified major donors and prospects. Through personalised engagement, thoughtful stewardship and confident gift conversations, you’ll connect supporters with opportunities to make a significant and lasting impact.
This is an opportunity to combine strategic fundraising with genuine relationship-building, securing major gifts and multi-year commitments that advance disability inclusion and help end the cycle of poverty and disability.
Founded on Christian values, CBM enables compassionate Australians to be part of creating lasting positive change in our world. Join us and make a meaningful difference!
