Anchor & Aim is looking for an experienced male support worker to support a 7-year-old child with Level 3 Autism in Bulleen.

Immediate start available

Initial shifts:

Preferably Monday, Wednesday & Friday

3:00 pm–5:00 pm

There is strong potential for additional weekend work.

The role includes support with daily living/personal care, routines, engagement and community participation.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has solid experience supporting children with Autism/high support needs
- Is confident with personal care and behaviours of concern
- Is patient, calm, reliable and able to build rapport with children
- Holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
- Has First Aid/CPR
- Has a driver licence and reliable transport
