Join us as a Chef at Manly Wharf. We are based in Sydney and are currently accepting applications for a Chef de Partie at for an immediate start. As a senior member of the team, you will assist in leading motivated and talented chefs to execute memorable experiences for our guests.

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for the below. You will report directly to a Head Chef. Key Duties
Your duties will include:
Contribute to the construction and costing of menus with new culinary creations
Assisting the Head Chef with the overall operation of the kitchen
Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
Manage the maintenance and ordering stocks and supplies
Manage food costs in line with the budget, along with labour costs
Maintain consistent food standards and cleaning/hygiene routines
Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and productive delivery of quality foods
Mentor, train and develop Chefs on techniques and cooking procedures,



food safety regulations and workplace health and safety
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and work experience:
Certificate IV/Diploma or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Driven and enthusiastic professional with proven leadership skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety, menu design and awareness of current industry trends.
Exceptional organisational skills and undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, high quality produce.
Ability to implement and drive systems and procedures.
Strong team-building and motivational skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture.
Experience Required
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
