We specialise in premium 18kt gold and platinum diamond jewellery, along with luxury watches, and are entering our next phase of growth and brand expansion.
n
As part of this, we are building a strong content and digital presence to drive traffic, awareness, and sales — and this role will play a key part in that journey.
n
This is a hybrid role consisting of jewellery sales and social media content creation.
n
You will be a confident and capable salesperson who also helps bring the brand to life through content — creating videos, showcasing products, and educating customers online.
Your Role n
n
Deliver a luxury, consultative sales experience in the showroom and online
n
Handle online enquiries (DMs, website leads, email enquiries) and assist with conversion
n




Confidently appear on camera to present, educate, and showcase jewelry
n
Shoot and edit photos and videos (in-store, product, people, behind-the-scenes, customer stories)
n
Create photo and video content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
n
Write compelling hooks, captions, and post copy aligned with brand voice
n
Grow a large, engaged follower base over time
n
Work closely with founders, marketing, and the sales team on content ideas and execution
n
Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes
n
Stay up to date with jewellery knowledge, trends, and customer behaviour
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Sales Experience: 2–5+ years in sales or premium retail (jewellery highly regarded)
n
Confidence & Presence: Strong communicator, comfortable speaking with clients and on camera
n
Jewellery Knowledge: Understanding of diamonds and fine jewellery (or ability to learn quickly)
n
Commercial Mindset: Understands how to turn attention, conversations, and enquiries into sales
n
Comfortable being hands-on: filming, editing, posting, iterating
n
Content Interest: Genuine interest in content creation, social media,



and digital platforms
n
On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable presenting, educating, and representing the brand
n
Strong Visual Eye & Storytelling: Able to identify engaging content angles and ideas
n
Tech-Savvy: Confident using smartphones, social platforms, and content tools
n
Strong Work Ethic & Ownership: Proactive, reliable, and takes responsibility for results
n
Problem Solver: Thinks on their feet and handles situations with maturity
