This role is located at our processing site in Casino, NSW and requires daily in office presence.

high-quality bulk dairy ingredients
supplied to international markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
About the role Responsibilities n
n
Lead
product development projects
across dairy powders, dairy protein concentrates, frozen dairy products and other dairy ingredient categories.
n
Manage the
technical pipeline
from concept through scale-up and commercialisation.
n
Ensure all new products comply with
international food safety, quality, and export regulations
.
n
Conduct
product testing, formulation adjustments, nutritional analysis, and performance evaluations
.
n
Work closely with
Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Export teams
to deliver customer-focused solutions.
n
Maintain strong awareness of
global dairy market trends
and customer specifications.
n
Optimise processes to improve yield, consistency, and product performance in line with customer requirements.
n
Qualifications n
n
A degree in




Food Science, Food Technology, or Dairy Science
(or related discipline).
n
3–5+ years of experience in
dairy or food ingredient product development
, ideally within a
manufacturing/export
environment.
n
Knowledge of
dairy processing, formulation, and quality systems
.
n
Strong understanding of
export compliance and international customer requirements
.
n
Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial solutions for overseas markets.
n
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
n
