Hydraulic Engineer

You will work across a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, contributing to fire safety strategies, performance solutions, and compliance design.
Key Responsibilities
n
n
The primary role will be to assist the hydraulics team through your design and drafting skills to document the hydraulics services and progress to design capability in due course.
n
n
n
Documenting and coordinating the building services of projects for which NJM has been commissioned.
n
n
Assistance to drafting and design resources as appropriate for multi-disciplinary
n
n
Projects including water, gas, sewer and Stormwater designs
n
n
Assist in maintaining and further developing NJM's quality assurance procedures and practices.
n
n
Authority applications and liaison.
n
n
Perform hydraulic calculations
n
About You
n
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
n
A degree in
Engineering.
n
n
3-5 years experience in hydraulic engineering or building services.
n
n
Understanding (or exposure) to
NCC / Australian Standards.
n
n
Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
n
n
Ability to manage time and work across multiple projects.
n
n
Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
n
