We are looking for experienced Waitstaff to join our Front of House Team at ALT PASTA BAR. We are an Italian restaurant with archaic ideas and modern execution. We are a young restaurant opening our doors in **** and we're committed to providing excellent customer service in a casual fine dining setting.
Key responsibilities n
Run a section of 5-8 tables

Demonstrate 3-plate carry
About you n
Experience as Waitstaff in a rapid-paced restaurant environment
n
Can confidently run a section of 5-8 tables and demonstrate 3-plate carry
n
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
n
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
Must have an RSA certificate
n
Regular food and beverage training sessions
n
Structure training and development
n
Monthly appraisals to discuss and sculpt your direction
n
Easy access to public transport within the CBD district
