Your impact
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:
Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable, secure and reliable software solutions
Drive technical excellence through solution design, architecture decisions and engineering best practice
Mentor and coach engineers, helping to build a strong engineering culture and capability across the team
Partner with Product Owners, Crew Tech Leads and stakeholders to balance customer outcomes, technology strategy and delivery priorities
Champion DevSecOps, full-cycle ownership and automation across the software development lifecycle
Explore emerging technologies and creative approaches that improve customer experiences and engineering efficiency
We're interested in hearing from people who
Have extensive software engineering experience building enterprise applications using .
NET, .
NET Core, C#, REST APIs and microservices
Bring strong cloud engineering capability and experience delivering solutions on AWS
Have experience developing modern web applications using Angular, React or similar front-end frameworks
Understand software architecture patterns, event-driven systems and distributed application design
Have worked with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation technologies and observability tooling
