ACSI is seeking an Analyst to support company engagement and research across Australia's listed market. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career qualified to build deep exposure to ASX company Environmental, Social, and Governance issues and institutional investor stewardship, working directly with asset owners and senior company leaders.

The Position n
Reporting to the Manager, Engagement, you will support ACSI's engagement program and research agenda, contributing to measurable improvements in corporate governance and sustainability practices across the ASX-listed companies.

This is a hands‐on, all‐rounder role, ideal for someone with around 2 years' relevant experience who is keen to develop across Environmental, Social, and Governance research, proxy voting, company engagement and policy work.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Conduct governance research on ASX-listed companies, including proxy voting analysis
n
Support and participate in company engagements with executives and directors, alongside ACSI members
n
Assist in setting engagement priorities and tracking engagement outcomes
n
Contribute to member communications, engagement reports and briefing materials
n
Support thematic research, thought leadership and policy submissions aligned to ACSI's strategic priorities
n
Collaborate closely with colleagues across stewardship, research and communications
n
About You n
n
A tertiary qualification in either commerce, finance, law, economics or a related discipline
n
2+ years' post‐graduate and a genuine interest in corporate governance
n
The ability to link Environmental, Social, and Governance issues to financial risks and opportunities
n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, well‐structured written analysis
n
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional, constructive manner
n
A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a small, purpose‐driven organisation
n

n
Exposure to ASX300 companies, institutional investors and senior decision‐makers
n
