What you'll do n
n
Design, develop and enhance secure, business-critical applications that support service delivery and operational excellence across genU.
n
Lead innovative software solutions from concept through to implementation, translating business needs into scalable, user-friendly outcomes.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality systems, integrations and digital improvements that create organisational value.
n
Drive best practice development through technical leadership, architecture guidance, security compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
What you'll bring n
n
Qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, coupled with 5+ years' experience developing enterprise-grade software solutions.
n
Advanced skills across C#, .NET, SQL and modern web development frameworks.
n




Proven ability to lead development initiatives and translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
n
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
n
n

Bonus points for n
n
Experience developing up-to-date web applications using ASP.NET, Angular and related technologies, with strong knowledge of web development best practices.
n
Proven experience delivering complex software projects in agile environments, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), RESTful APIs and enterprise-scale solutions.
n
Strong understanding of contemporary development tools and practices, including Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems and database technologies.
