SWARCO RMS Pty Ltd The Managing Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and development of SWARCO RMS Pty Ltd in Australia. The role has full responsibility for the Australian business, including strategy, financial performance, manufacturing, operations, commercial activities, people leadership, safety, quality and governance. A key focus of the position is to strengthen the Australian operation while continuing its integration with the wider SWARCO Group, including alignment of manufacturing processes, technical standards, systems, products, suppliers and Group policies.

The Managing

Director will work closely with SWARCO Group management in Europe while providing strong day-to-day leadership to the Australian team.

responsibilities Lead the overall Australian business and deliver agreed strategic and financial objectives. Take responsibility for revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasting and overall P&L; performance. Lead manufacturing, production, technical, quality and operational performance. Drive continuous improvement, productivity and manufacturing efficiency.

Ensure

Australian operations are aligned with SWARCO Group standards, systems and processes. Oversee product development, formulations, technical performance and supplier relationships. Develop and execute business growth and commercial strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key industry stakeholders. Lead, develop and support the Australian management and operational teams. Ensure effective WHS, quality, compliance and corporate governance systems.

Manage major business risks, investments and operational priorities. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to SWARCO Group management. Support the ongoing development and transition of the Australian manufacturing operation.

Qualification &
