Rat Doll Revival is a curated Y2K, vintage and alternative fashion business, specialising in unique pieces and nostalgic styles. We’re looking for a reliable, creative and fashion-loving person to join the team and help with market days, content creation and day-to-day brand tasks.

THE ROLE

As a Market Assistant & Social Media Assistant, you’ll help bring Rat Doll Revival to life both in-person and online.

Market & Retail Assistance

- Help set up and pack down market stalls and events
- Organise clothing racks, displays and stock
- Assist customers with finding pieces, sizing and styling
- Handle sales and customer transactions
- Keep the stall looking organised, on-brand and visually appealing
- Help organise and restock inventory throughout the day
- Assist with tagging, pricing and preparing new stock
- Help create a fun and welcoming customer experience

Social Media & Content
- Create TikToks, Instagram Reels and Stories
- Take photos and videos of new stock, markets and behind-the-scenes content
- Help plan and develop social media content
- Assist with posting and maintaining a consistent aesthetic
- Capture trending sounds, fashion trends and relevant content ideas
- Help showcase new drops, market dates, promotions and products
- Engage with the Rat Doll Revival community and respond to basic comments/messages
- Assist with growing the brand’s online presence

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
- Passionate about fashion, vintage, Y2K and alternative styles
- Creative and confident making social media content
- Comfortable being around customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised and able to work independently
- Friendly,



outgoing and approachable
- Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok
- Has a good eye for styling, photography and aesthetics
- Willing to get involved and learn new things
- Bonus if you have experience in retail, markets, social media or content creation

THE IDEAL PERSON You don’t necessarily need years of experience. Personality, creativity and initiative are more important.

We’re looking for someone who sees a cool piece of clothing and immediately knows how they’d style it, notices a good photo prospect, understands social media trends and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
