Marketing & Content Specialist

Jamieson is looking for a creative, and commercially minded Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team and help drive our next stage of growth. We are an Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of specialised road transport equipment, supporting customers across the transport, mining, quarrying and construction industries.

This is a varied role working closely with our sales teams to develop marketing campaigns, generate leads, create engaging content and strengthen Jamieson's online presence. You'll have the opportunity to work across all areas of marketing including digital presence, content creation, website management, SEO, lead generation and brand development, while seeing your work directly contribute to the growth of the business.

About the role

We're looking for someone who can combine creativity with commercial thinking. Someone who can understand our customers, products and markets, then turn that knowledge into effective marketing campaigns and content that gets attention, generates enquiries and supports sales. No two days will be the same.

One day you might be developing a digital campaign or writing website content, while the next you're photographing equipment in the workshop, creating social media content, or developing current company merchandise.

What you'll be doing

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Use marketing data and analytics to measure engagement, traffic and lead generation.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and channels.

Content Creation

- Create engaging written,



photographic and video content for Jamieson's digital channels.
- Showcase our products, projects, people, facilities and capabilities.
- Develop content for websites, social media, email campaigns and other marketing activities.

Website & SEO

- Maintain and update website content.
- Assist with website design, development and ongoing improvements.
- Manage and improve SEO performance.

Social Media

- Manage Jamieson's social media channels.
- Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify trends and opportunities that are relevant to Jamieson's markets.

Sales & Business Development Support

- Work closely with the sales temas to understand their marketing and lead-generation needs.
- Assist with product launches, promotions, exhibitions and customer communications.
- Help develop campaigns targeting new markets and customer segments.

Brand & Merchandise

- Manage company merchandise and promotional products.
- Coordinate branded clothing, promotional items and other marketing materials.

What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and commercially focused, with the ability to take an idea from concept through to execution.

You'll ideally have

- Previous experience in marketing,



digital marketing, content creation or a similar role.
- Experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Experience with website content management and SEO.
- Strong content creation skills, including photography and/or video.
- An understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance.

A portfolio or examples of previous marketing and content work would be advantageous.
