Description The role will primarily focus on content development and coordination:

- Refine and finalise interpretive signage content.
- Coordinate internal review and approval of signage text.
- Identify, source and manage imagery for signage, including assessing image suitability and securing high-resolution files that meet production requirements.
- Liaise with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure environmental, cultural and historical information is accurate and complete.
- Provide content,



imagery and feedback required by Marketing to progress design and artwork development.
- Assist with development of the Invitation for Quote (IFQ) for signage manufacture and installation.

Profile

- Previous experience in a marketing or project support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment and with different stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
