Join our team at Plus Fitness Dapto!

We’re looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team and deliver two mat Pilates classes per week at Plus Fitness Dapto.

Class times are negotiable; we’re happy to work with the right instructor to find times that suit both you and our members.

There is also the prospect to pick up additional reception, sales and club shifts if desired, making this a adaptable role for someone looking to combine Pilates instruction with work in the fitness industry.

Key Duties – Pilates

- Delivering 2 engaging and professional mat Pilates classes per week
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for members of all experience levels
- Providing clear demonstrations and safe, effective exercise instruction
- Offering appropriate modifications and progressions where required
- Ensuring classes are well planned, engaging and aligned with member needs
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and member experience

Additional Reception / Sales Opportunities If desired, additional hours may be available across reception, sales and club operations, including:
- Welcoming and assisting members and guests
- Conducting club tours and explaining membership options
- Following up enquiries and assisting with membership sales
- Maintaining an active floor presence and engaging with members




- Creating social media content, including ideas, filming and editing
- Handling bookings, phone calls and day-to-day administration
- Maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting club events, promotions and marketing campaigns

About You
- Current Pilates instructor certification – required
- Confident and engaging instructor with a genuine passion for Pilates
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Reliable and well organised
- Strong communication skills
- Able to create a positive and motivating class environment
- Committed to providing a high-quality member experience
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness – highly regarded but not essential
- First Aid Certificate – highly regarded
- Comfortable working within a gym environment
