THE ROLE A Farm Manager vacancy has arisen for their modern production facility in Goulburn NSW. Prior poultry livestock experience is required, preferably but not necessarily in Meat Breeders. Candidates with broiler or layer industry experience are invited to apply. This is a rare and genuine opportunity to join a highly regarded multinational organisation, offering excellent career prospects.

REMUNERATION An attractive package will be offered which will be commensurate with experience. A 3–4-bedroom house is provided with utilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES





• Care of poultry flocks with emphasis on welfare, uniformity and flock performance;

- Leading, training and motivating a team to achieve high-performance targets;
- Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement in animal welfare, biosecurity, productivity and environmental awareness.

REQUIREMENTS

- A reliable individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail;
- Minimum of three years’ experience in poultry livestock management;
- Ability to lead, organise and manage a team to meet and exceed targets;
- Ability to work in a team setting.
