This contractor position is for a medical (Physiotherapy) receptionist. The purpose of this position is to provide patients and the clinic with optimal and efficient service. The clinic is a 3-minute walk from Chatswood Station. We are looking for a Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking candidate who is available 2-3 days during our business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients in a courteous manner
- Answer telephone calls promptly
- Provide translations for patients and the physiotherapist
- Waiting room maintenance
- Record daily work and transactions efficiently
- General administration support

Experience & Attributes
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient computer skills
