We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Medicross Pimpama on a casual basis . The role requires flexibility, including working every some weekends and assisting with leave coverage when needed. An immediate start is available.
Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)
- Greeting patients
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments
- Patient billing
- Scanning information onto the system
- Updating medical records and patient information
- Supporting practice manager and doctors whilst working as part of a team.

- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Qualified & personable telephone manner
- Multi-tasking, initiative and problem-solving skills
- A sense of urgency, compassion, and professionalism
- Must be available to work from Mon-Sat.
